Spring 2023 Tasting Pack - 6 bottles 75cl

Living KULTUUR! We have assembled an exclusive tasting package of our last vintages. Many of the beers and ciders were fermented in wooden barrels. All of them are dry and fruity. Depending on the recipe they are sour, bitter or herbal. We are always focused on sustainability and collaboration. This package represents everything that we stand for: Elegant beers, that are not screaming but have a lot to say!

Aoltbeer no. 09-2022 rhubarb - Münstersch Alt 75cl

The beers in this blend of Aoltbeer matured on average for 12 months in red wine barrels. To this blend, we added organic rhubarb. This luscious beer let you feel the first joys of spring. Bottled Dec. 2022, 900 bottles.

Lust no. 03-2021 - Fruit Wine 75cl

Fruit wine made from organic sour cherries, local apples and grapes. Fermented in a tank, finished in barrels for 3 months. Funky cider with notes of bitter almond, cherry flesh and earthy herbs. Harvest of 2021, batch no. 03-2021.

Aenne no. 03-2023 - Saison 75cl

New batch of Aenne, brewed with our own „Schwarze Pfauengerste“ malt. Brewed with organic barley malt and a good amount (6,5 g/l) of Celeia wholecone hops. Notes of biscuit, mint and lemon iced-tea. Batch no. 2023-01. Beer with taste evolution.

Appelwien no. 05-2021 - Cider 75cl

Spontaneous farmhouse cider made from apples, pears and medlars of local field orchards. Fresh, fruity and with a pronounced acidity. Fermented in a Pinot Blanc tonneaux for seven months. Harvest of 2021. The medlars give the cider more depth, light notes of biscuit and nuts.

Gentiana - Amaro Ale 75cl

Inspired by European bitter liquors and gruit culture we brewed this botanical beer with a gripping interplay of bitterness and sourness. Gentian root gives the beer its distinctive character and is rounded out with hogweed, lemon verbena and bog myrtle. Aged in red wine barrels for an average of 19 months.

Aoltbeer Blend no. 07-2022 plums - Münstersch Alt 75cl

The beers in this blend of Aoltbeer matured on average for 15 months in red wine barrels. To this blend, we added locally grown plums. This luscious beer let you feel the last rays of summer sun. Bottled Nov. 2022, 800 bottles.
