The historic sour beer of Münster, Westfalen, inspires our Aoltbeer. Aged in a single red wine barrel for 20 months. In this time, the beer developed its wine-like character. Batch no. 14-2021 shows mature noted of red wine, peaches, honey and black tea. Bottled December 2021, 220 bottles.
