Plaseer no. 01-2022 - Natural Mead 75cl

Mead made from local honey, apples, pears and red currants. Spontaneously fermented in a Tonneaux for eight months. Fruity with bright acidity as an aperitif or in combination with seafood. Product with taste evolution.

Lust no. 02-2021 plums - Fruit Pet Nat 75cl

Fruit wine made from organic plums and local apples. Fermented in a tank, finished in barrels for 3 months. Funky cider notes with plum skins.

Lust no. 03-2021 sour cherries - Fruit Pet Nat 75cl

Fruit wine made from organic sour cherries, local apples and grapes. Fermented in a tank, finished in barrels for 3 months. Funky cider with notes of bitter almond, cherry flesh and earthy herbs.
